Relax in luxury in this spacious third-floor condo with spectacular views of the white, sugar sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors in both the living room and the master bedroom lead out to the large gulf front balcony. This beautifully maintained and decorated unit features all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. The dining table has seating for six and the large granite breakfast bar seats four. All 3 bedrooms contain a king size bed, so this unit is perfect for two families. All bedroom also have TVs, DVD players, and private baths with granite counters. Keyless entry means you won't have to keep up with a key. All linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience.

Lovely condo
It was a lovely, clean condo. Walking distance to the pier. The umbrella service was great and the pools were nice. On the negative side, one of the king size mattresses was very uncomfortable. Having to wear pool bands is aggravating. If you lose one, it’s a $100 charge. We didn’t lose one, but they were so cheap one broke while my husband was just putting it on his wrist. There weren’t any shelves or hooks in the shower to place a loofa and the curtains to the balcony were difficult to stretch out for privacy. They kept wanting to settle into certain spots on the track.

Excellent Stay
This condo was the best choice for my family of 5(adults). The king size beds in each bedroom was definitely a plus. We had plenty of room, enjoyed the bigger balcony area , and so nice having a washer and dryer in the condo. Condo is exactly as the photos shown, very clean and everything we needed. Perfect area: short walk across the street to Stewby’s seafood, really enjoyed hanging out at the Broadwalk right down the street (lots of food choices, live music, beach volleyball) and close to the Okaloosa Pier. Right across the bridge from Destin. Would definitely book at Azure condos again!

Great location. Beautiful ocean views. Saw dolphins while on our balcony. Enjoyed the spacious rooms and great kitchen area. Could use an update on the mattresses. Over all stay was excellent!

Stay was good. Room could use a few things.
Overall the stay was great. The room could use a few things. Master bed needs a new mattress. Current one is sagging which affected my wife and my sleeping. Shower could use a place to sit your shampoo items. Just a few things need some attention.

Great Location, Beach Service
The property was in a perfect location and right on the beach. The check in process and daily checks from the management company were a nice touch. The beach service and employees were amazing and so helpful. One day we chose to come out to the beach later, as they were trying to pack up. Attendant opened us up a new spot and we enjoyed the afternoon. Will definitely be back to this location, but try different condo.

Perfect location
Access to beach, pool, restaurants all within walking distance. Beautiful views! It was so great having 3 king beds with their own bathrooms however, the master bed was so uncomfortable!! Twin bed box springs underneath kept slipping off the frame and had to be adjusted every night. Needs a new mattress for sure. Other than that, no complaints. We had an amazing time and got married right out on the beach! We would stay in this unit again!

Great condo
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was clean and the 3 king bed setup was perfect for our family! The condo is within walking distance to several restaurants, which was super convenient. The pool and beach were very easy to access as well! Our only complaint is that the beds were too firm, but other than that we have nothing bad to say about our stay at Azure 316!

Location, location, location
This is an excellent location. We have stayed at Azure for many years and it is time for some upgrades in appliances! 316 is a nice unit but not as nice as it could be. Nice additions—cookie sheet, better lighting, new shower heads, just for starters. It is a great location, beautiful view, conveniently located near little used elevator, which is a great plus!

This is the second time renting at Azure and we love it! The complex is beautiful has great access to the beach with chairs and an umbrella set up every day. And two pools for the kids to use. The location is perfect, right by Destin and Navarre beaches.

Since there were three couples on our vacation we loved having king beds in each bedroom. That’s hard to find. And having Stewby’s restaurant and the ice cream place right across the street was convenient too.

Amazing Time
We all loved the condo. The kitchen was very well stocked and the condo layout was perfect for us. Our only issue was the air conditioning--we could only lower the temp to 70. The temp outside was 75+ and made it very hot to cook or sleep. We called the office and they said there was nothing they could do to lower the thermostat or to help us in anyway. We would have loved to enjoy cooking and sleeping a little more in cooler temp. Again we loved the condo just one small issue.

Lots of issues in this unit
AC and toilet needed several service calls, unit was not cleaned well when we arrived, internet was spotty and the furniture was too big for the 2 guest rooms making it difficult to move around the room.

Very nice property. Not being directly over the pool was great. Would recommend to everybody.
Clean property. Have stayed at this property for several years. First time in this particular room. Usually stay on the sixth floor. This was much better because we were not directly over the pool. Furniture was much more comfortable also. Cooking utensils and pots and pans were a little lacking, time to be replaced. Overused. Furniture on patio was nice a comfortable also. Again I would recommend this room to all of my friends and family. I was in room 316. Very nice. Planning on staying there again.
