The office clerk ( Christy ) when I check in yesterday was so nice she went the room to checked make sure my room was not smelling cigarette she took spray and went to spray it and I called her to checked my TV and don’t work she got me to moved to another room with no problem very accommodating will stay here again she deserved bonuses or increased pay rate excellent service happy customer

Update this hotel information
I had a terrible experience trying to locate this hotel. I spent hours driving around in a taxi, unable to find the property because the address provided on Hotels.com was incomplete or incorrect. The phone number listed in the description was invalid, and no one was available to assist me. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted both time and money. I am requesting a full reimbursement for this frustrating and unacceptable experience.

Very poir
The service by the front desk people was good but the condition of the hotel was absolutely unbearable. We stayed in room 112 and the first thing we noticed was dirt on the sheets and a long black hair next to the pillow, which indicates the sheets have not been washed. There was a very foul odor in the room, I could only describe the scent as just pure nastiness and the room not being properly cleaned for long periods of time. The floors were so dirty our feet became black from walking barefoot. I had to bring my own blanket and pillow because I felt so disgusted by the bedsheets not being washed. I recommend ozoning the rooms so you guys can at least get the smell out, because it was nauseating.

The beds are very uncomfortable. They probably need to be replaced. There is no desk or station to work from. I had to move items to find outlets to plug things in. While moving the nightstand, it was a sticky mess, indicating they only briefly cleaned around items. I am pretty sure there was some mold on one of the lampshades. If I am being honest, this would be more of a 35-dollar-a-night location, not 70. I had no issues with the staff.
