I loved the ocean view . The room was perfect . Walls little thin could hear everyone all hours if the night kept getting woke up . Loved the breakfast. Absolutely a gorgeous place on a gorgeous island. Didnt like that breakfast was a add on charge and the $8 bottles of water charge seemed steep for water . But over all a beautiful resort

This is more of an adult friendly resort, not really any food options for kids. They need to have hot dogs, hamburgers, grilled cheese, chicken nuggets and an ice cream truck for the little ones.

We loved this property. The only that that frustrates me is we had no idea that we had to pay separate fees for parking and resort fees plus taxes on that and because we didn’t use cash we were charged another fee to use our debit card. So 5 days costed us an extra 257.00 that we didn’t know we had to pay. Other than that we have no complaints. We loved it and definitely will stay again. Our room was on the first floor with a patio facing the courtyard and it was a great room.

Everything was good. Servers and bartenders were very good. Room clean. Hotel does need to up grade system. No credit cards could be used or charges to room. They were sending people to atm.

All the staff was extremely polite. Very clean throughout the resort. Only thing that was disappointing was that the one pool that was warm was emptied a couple days after we were there for painting which i understand but the other pool with groto and walk up bar was extremely COLD! No getting used to it. But beach access was super easy. Would definitely stay again.

Before staying I read reviews that stated the facility was outdated. I didn't find this to be true at all. The grounds were beautifully lanscaped and unique. The food from the pool side restaurant was amazing. Great wings and burgers! Staff was so friendly and helpful in all ares of the property. Especially housekeeping! My only complaint would be that the style of the shower caused a lot of water leaking all over the bathroom floor. I cant wait to stay here again.

The place was clean and in a great location. The staff was very friendly. The only issue was it was like a big frat party the whole weekend. There were a lot of drinking and parties going on and some of those guests were very noisy

Pros- heated pool was great, pool with grotto and swim up bar was awesome but cold because we went in October, great food and drinks, also many places to get food and drinks including right on the beach, staff was great, nice location. Cons- basic rooms, little out dated, saw one cockroach on our 4th floor, air conditioner sounded like a generator and blew right in my face.

This was a great experience. Staff was great and lots to do! The only thing that is disappointing is that they charge a resort fee, which is understandable. However, they also charge a parking fee which isn't cool since you are paying for the room and resort fee.

The ballroom was located above our room that we upgraded to have a gulf view. The music from the reception was so loud we could hear everything the DJ announced. The walls in our room vibrated from the bass. Luckily we don’t have small children- and the reception ended at 10.
