Do better Comfort Suites!
Why won't hotels accommodate the mobility impaired by lowering the bed height in the accessible rooms? There is absolutely nothing accessible about their beds in this hotel and most the others I have stayed it. It is so frustrating because it is a very simple thing to do. Just lower the bedframe by cutting the legs down, or build a bedframe. Or get less high mattresses. The disabled community pays to sleep in a bed so they should be able to safely get in it. I have to bring an air mattress in case the bed is not accessible and pay for a larger room to fit it. That's not fair. I asked for this hotel to remove the love seat so i would have room for an air mattress and they didn't even do that. We moved things around and made it work but if the beds were 21 inches high, all this would be avoided and I could enjoy the room like everyonw else. Do better Comfort Suites!!

Nothing over the top. The staff was friendly and efficient but the room could have been a bit more updated, in terms of rhe tv and the room setup. I would stay again though.

Breakfast options were poor and the hot plates we empty unless you got there early. Heater/AC unit did not work properly. I had to unplug it from the wall to get the fan to turn off and this was the suggestion from the front desk.

It was horrible. Because I work nights, I requested to extend my stay from a checkout of 11am, to 3pm. It cost me $50, but that was okay. But they knocked on my door twice, at 9am, and again at 11:30am, waking me up. As a result, I got very little sleep. I asked to speak with management, but was told they wouldn’t arrive until 4pm. I called back after that time, and still was not allowed to speak with management. I can live with a $50 loss, but will never do business with these people again.

Both the counter and shower sinks were nearly clogging, flow very slow. Feet were in 4 inches high water during showering. shower faucet was nearly broke and loose. Some Caulking was with brown stains. The coffee maker had an old dried coffee bag from last user without removed and cleaned. The room was clean.

Awful Room was so dirty. Tons of stains on carpet Mold in shower Toilet flushed every 17 seconds Looked like blood stain on tiwel Other towel had a dark stain Ac heating you could not turn of Spider in shower Tiny pillows Breakfast for 3 days ...under the heatedchaffing dish was biscuits and tatar tots...no eggs or meat on any of the 3 days we were there. Felt filthy and unsafe. Walls in hallways dirty and scratched up

Gross.
To say the room was dirty is an understatement. We had checked in and left our bags in the room and headed out because we had a concert to get to. We were not happy with what we saw, but decided to deal with it when we got back. While on the way back to the hotel, we decided that we were not going to stay the night in a place willing to offer us a room looking the way it did. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Mold in the shower. The entry way floor was covered in something sticky and you could see it, and our shoes stuck to it when we walked on it. On the way to the front you could clearly smell someone was smoking weed, and the hallway carpet was stained. The man at the front desk did offer to give us another room, but after seeing what we saw, we had seen enough. I asked if I could just have my money back, and he would not give me a refund. We still checked out and left because we were grossed out. There were a ton of people loitering in the parking lot, which I found very weird. The outer side entry doors also do not lock, so anyone could come and go from the side entry doors as they pleased, which is not great. I would not recommend this place.
