CELESTE, THE OVERNIGHT STAFF IS A REAL LIFE ROCKSTAR AND SHE DESERVES A RAISE. I stayed for 2.5 days, came out from Washington, and needed a little extra care. She went above and beyond. She is an asset to the organization. Pay her more. Whatever she is getting paid, she deserves a bump. Come on... It's the Holidays. Do the right thing and give an amazing staff a little more financial compensation!

The beds are to high. I am 5’ 3” in height. If it hadn’t been for the telephone stand between the beds, it would have been impossible for me to get in bed. I put my foot against the stand so I could push myself up and back to get in bed. I left a day early for that reason. Cost me $120. You need step stools.

The hotel room smelled so bad like musty cigarettes. We checked in late after a long drive and was disappointed to be greeted by a parking lot with not one light on (some electrical thing) and then once we got in our room it was really smelly to the point I woke up several times that night to bad smell. The morning/overnight receptionist was so pleasant which was a literal and figurative breath of fresh air. We checked in late and had to leave super early and they were fully booked or I would have requested another room.

I was driving and became tired around midnight so decided to stop in and book a room. I booked online while pulling into the parking lot. Because it was after midnight, the booking went to the following day and I did not realize it. When I went into the hotel they did not have my reservation and I realized the error. They did not have any rooms for the night and refused to refund me when I had booked 10 minutes prior.
