Air conditioner did not work very well. I had called the front desk and asked for a fan. They said they would bring me one and never did. I also asked for shaving cream and they said they would bring it to me and they never did.

I love this hotel. It's modern and simplistic. When we checked in, the front desk staff asked us if we had a room preference. We asked for a room on the top floor. He gave use a corner room with two floor to ceiling windows. We had gorgeous views of the Fort Worth skyline. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were great. I slept very soundly.

Pros: Great room, comfortable bed and pillows, blackout curtains and a partial downtown view from our room. Breakfast is $19 but had lots of selections and the food was very good. Cons: Hotel Valet is $48 for overnight, a bit overpriced. They only had one person working the reception desk and people had to wait to be checked in.

Very nice hotel. Had to use valet which is a little expensive but did not have any other options. Would be nice if they had mentioned it prior to booking. Hotel bar has good drinks and food we tasty as well.

Our stay was very pleasant at the hotel owing to a combination of several facts….the front desk staff were very pleasant, the hotel was clean, especially our bedroom. The breakfast was enjoyable and included a good variety of cereals, fruits, drinks and hot food. The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. The parking in the multistory was close by and easy to use. The location was also very good. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

AC Hotel was in the heart of Ft Worth. Easy walk to restaurants and activities. The breakfast was super yummy! Room was clean along with the lobby and hotel bathrooms. Very pleased. Will stay with them next time we’re in Ft Worth.
