The staff was very friendly. We had no trouble checking in. The room was clean and exactly what we expected. It would’ve been nice to have someone holding the door. It was very heavy, and it was very hard. Everyone I saw going through. It was struggling, including us.

This is a great hotel - room was comfortable and they have a great bar in the lobby and breakfast options. The only reason for the 4 stars is valet parking is the only option and the valet service was totally overwhelmed and we could not use it. At one point we pulled up and 2 of the 3 lanes of the street were filled with unparked valet cars. There is a garage across the street which we ended up using but you can’t come and go for one price and the time resets at 3am so if you park overnight it costs $50. Really did love the hotel and area though!

This is about 20 minutes from Cowtown Coliseum and the stockyards. Beautiful hotel with the perfect water pressure! The staff was so welcoming that I told my husband we will be staying here from now on everytime he competes at Cowtown
