Nobody came to clean our room, there was not enough parking at night and had to park off the property, the toilet kept malfunctioning, and the AC did not work. We woke up multiple times very warm.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and liked the hotel. It was clean and everyone was friendly, the only downside for me was that the shower water never got hot no matter how long I let it run. Besides that, everything was great!

Great hotel 10 minutes from the Fort Worth Stockyards and walking distance to Downtown. Felt very safe and the staff was very kind. Would definitely stay when we return to the area!

There are no “do not disturb” door handle things so the maids just come into the room also the rooms are like cruise ship sized rooms very small no coffee maker no ice bucket very bare minimum

First time staying at Avid. The room was clean. The nicest thing was no overpowering air freshener. Most hotels use a lot of air freshener which are terrible for my allergies. Breakfast was very good.

Great stay!
Great service, comfortable beds, clean rooms and breakfast was good. The only thing was the pools water was like ice cubes. Would of loved to enjoy the pool.
