The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Our room was in a corner so we could not see the number driving by. Since our room was in a corner it was awesome that they leave a light on in that room all of the time.

Despite the fact that the property's published policies made no mention whatsoever of any minimum age requirement, the hotel refused to honor the reservation solely because the guest was 18 years old. Compounding the issue, Expedia facilitated the reservation and sold the stay to an 18-year-old without any warning or indication that the booking might be rejected on arrival. This lack of transparency from both the property and the platform set the guest up for failure and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, not to mention money loss.

Very disappointing experience.

Upon arrival, the front desk attendant was in her car and not wearing a uniform, which did not inspire confidence. Once inside, the hotel had an unpleasant odor throughout. The refrigerator had a large brown stain on the front, and the overall cleanliness was poor. We found crumbs and debris on the floor. Even considering the low price, the condition of the property was unacceptable. I would not stay here again.

Shady people living at property lose animals running freely. Evening worker was rude Day manager was really nice even though he wouldn’t give me a full refund for not staying there. He said he had to charge me for the first night.

Dirty. My key didnt work the 2nd day, my partner asked for a new one (my name was on the account) they didnt ask for ID or verification of anything! He just said the room number and they gave him access! Meaning ANYONE could have just been given free access to my room!!! Not to mention how absolutely disgusting the place was. No mattress covers, stains on the beds, the fridge was covered in some kind of oil and oil was leaking on the inside. The stove top looked like it had been through a fire. Will never consider staying at an extended stay again. What as waste of $200.

mattress, linen, and showers need to be re done. ended up getting up and leaving earlier in the AM because it was very uncomfortable as well as the shower (which was too nasty to use) we just left and showered once our business was concluded that evening at another hotel.

First room that I got, the A/C was not working. Front desk was nice enough to change that room to another one. Later at night I found that the shower was not working and I didn't feel like changing again. Some of the lights in the room/bath room were not working. In the bathroom, they're using a table lamb. Overall, the facility was in a very back condition * very disappointing.
