The room had an outlet that was burned. We booked a particular room and they said they did not have a room like that for us. I requested a bottom floor due to bad knees and yet we were on second floor and only stairs to use.

Welll first off I called to see if I could get an early check in because I was having a treatment done. He said he would try his best, but when I called back he was very rude to me. Than there was a naked man running around the hotel and the police was called. The bathroom had a men’s hair all over the sink and in the toilet was gross. Around the toilet was dirty. I wasn’t happy.

We stayed 2 nights...The bed was hard, no shampoo, no blowdryer, and the floor was sticky. I've stayed other places for the same price and had much cleaner.

Never stay here!
The beds were filthy! There was debris and human hair all over both of the beds. Luckily we traveled with our own blankets so he had something to use! We had 4 people in our group, but they only had 2 body towels in the room. I went down to the office and was able to get one more, but was given a floor mat as the 2nd because they didn’t have any more large towels. We will never stay here again!

Not what was expected given prime location. Front desk staff were very professional and accommodating. However, the rooms Below average quality and condition. Our room musty smell, clogged sink with facial hairs floating into backed up water, scented dryer sheets stuffed in fan to mask smell, Kitchen counter stained hand, overdue for refinishing. My mom‘s room smelled of smoke from previous occupant. Power to TV in my kids room Intermittent making TV Not usable and potentially a fire hazard. Individually, some of these issues not a deal killer, however, collectively, made for an unacceptable experience for my family, including my 80-year-old mother. After one hour, we relocated to another nearby hotel with significantly higher room rates, despite incurring one night cancellation fee at this property. Given prime location, walkable to very nice retail and restaurants and the river path, the A four mentioned issues described above seem very out of place. However, it appeared the owners business model is not targeted to TCU visitors or business travelers, which would seem to be the target occupant market given location.

The staff was fantastic- very friendly and responsive! However, while this hotel was affordable and in a great location near shopping, dining, TCU and the zoo, we were very disappointed in the 2 rooms we rented for TCU graduation weekend. The rooms smelled horribly of cleaning solution, and later smelled of urine (after the cleaning product smell went away). The overwhelming smell of marijuana up & down the hallways was also awful, especially since the facility is supposed to be non-smoking. Our bathrooms had no hand soap, no hand towels, no wash cloths, and there were long black hairs on the toilet and on the shower wall. The stovetop had grease around the burners (it was clearly not cleaned). We will never stay here again.

Room was not what was reserved. Reserved on-line queen bed and sofa pull-out. Room did not even have room for a sofa, so only one bed was in room. Lamp bulb was out, food particles (noodles) were in kitchen sink, debris on floor and bathtub/bathroom sink looked dirty (visible dark brown particles/debris).

Stay was comfortable it's been awhile since I stayed in a extended stay since the last time wasn't good. But this time it was okay. I loved the location, close to shopping. It was on the outside of downtown so it was cool.

The property was back off the street so I drove past it as there was no sign that the driveway was to get to it. The room was dirty. Whoever had the room before had pets as there were bowls on the floor along with French fries under the table. We asked for room service and never got it. We had to ask for more towels which they did swap. The one bed didn't have an extra blanket. They advise breakfast but there isn't any. No coffee maker in the room or things for the kitchette. The have a coffee bar in the lobby however that is out of the way as we were in the second building. I don't think I will stay there again.

DONT STAY HERE! BLOOD ON THE WALLS!
We did a late check in and we only dropped off our stuff so we could get to the gymnastics event we came for. When we got to the room at 11pm the room smelled like smoke even though there are no smoking signs everywhere. There was blood stains on the floor and wall in the bayhroom. I went to put our drinks in the fridge and the whole shelf fell out on my foot. We still slept there the first night and woke up to people outside the room yelling. My daughter was scared to be there and it was a disgusting place. We went to the office to cancel the rest of our stay and was told they couldnt help us because we booked through a 3rd party. They did not even care when i told them there was blood on the floor and walls. There were 3 other people all trying to cancel there reservations as well that were through 3rd party. We called hotels.com and they helped us get the rest of our stay canceled and said they woukdbget us a full refund.

This place needs to be closed down. It should never be on any site suggestion either. Beyond disturbing as the manager kept assigning other guests rooms with people in them. We waited at check in for TWO hours and never got a room. This was at midnight. We ended up canceling the hotel after the two hours.

Hands down the worst Extended Stay property I've ever stayed in! They actually gave me a room that they didn't even clean yet: floors were sticky, left over food in the refrigerator, left over trash in the garbage can, toilet not flushed from previous usage, and left over clothing from the previous guest. There was also no remote control in the room and the TV only kind of worked. Front desk would not take responsibility and made excuses for everything. They tried to tell me that the floors were sticky since they just cleaned it and the chemicals they used were making it temporarily sticky. I didn't even know how to respond to that BS as I've never heard of an excuse that stupid before. Check in was at 3pm and I checked in at 5pm so the room should have been fully ready well in advance.
