No Elevator Service & Going Upstairs with Luggage
Told it’s no elevator service upon arrival. Could get cancelation if I wanted by staff but it was late evening and it was near family. I got 2nd floor nothing available on first floor. I have diagnosed back strain, no lifting, transfers rolling luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Wasn’t friendly to me or my body. So nothing was available for me to change hotels for my trip. So No I wasn’t pleased and I got text messages asking about my stay from staff. I didn’t bring muscle relaxers on this trip so it was very uncomfortable this holiday. I will be seeing my doctor Tuesday morning again. I should have been informed before arriving there about elevator issues in advance. My thoughts are tell people who booked online what’s going on instead of putting helpless people on the spot. I had no where else to go and affordable at last minute. You can refund my money for my stays. A stranger saw me struggling with luggage and items and he took them from me and put into my car. Going up & down stairs. Return my money or give me free stays somewhere else of my choice that has everything working. Refund Thank you for nothing but bad service and business. Not good place to be anymore

Not so good: I reserved and stayed there for 2 days and would have stayed longer but the elevator was not working. We had to use the stairs and they did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. I was not informed ahead of time otherwise i would have stayed at a different place.

The elevators are still not working since my visit back in August. I have health issues and can not be climbing stairs. It has been 3 months and the issue with the elevators are not fixed. I chose to stay here because it's close to my family but considering other hotels. I pay all this money and the issue is still not fixed.

Room was nice. Kind of dark, need bettter lighting and had cheap toilet paper. Breakfast was very good . Friendly staff. Noisy as hell during day with renovations on 4th floor above.

From the check in to I checked out was awful. The young man checked another person in my room. The room had a lamp that was torn Came back later on and the young lady told me she had it under control but didn’t because the room was under someone else name. This was the worst stay. I will not be back

The room was spacious and clean. Rm125 was across from the pool and next to the back door so it was not quiet at times. The breakfast was everything you could ask for and fresh cooked by staff.

Hampton now low class?
Walking down the hall, the carpet was weathered, old, and in bad condition.I had a studio suite and room phone and TV didn't work, there was a hole in the wall, and EXCESSIVE reconstruction and repatching on the ceiling- with unmatching paint to cover up the work. Tried to call front desk many times- I could hear them but they couldnt hear me. So I went back down to front desk to tell them the tv did not work. I was told to unplug it from the wall and then go into the back of the tv, find some connector, unplug that, wait 30 seconds, etc, etc, instead of being offered help. Not enough parking due to blocked off spots because they were doing some painting or repairs. Use the stairwell and it reeked of marijuana. I had 2 men following me down the hall then standing at the end of the hall staring at me when I would turn around and look. Not even sure if they had a room there. Lots of people "hanging" around outside- didnt feel safe going out to car by myself and didnt feel comfortable leaving anything in the truck for fear of a break in. Dont know if they were dealing drugs or not but when one guy is posted on a bench by the front door ALL night and cars drive up and he walks over to them for 3 seconds then they leave- saw 3 cars within the 10 minutes I was grabbing stuff from my vehicle.
