Great location based on where I needed to be while in town. However upon checkout around 7:45am on 11/7/24 the front desk clerk seemed to have an attitude checking me out just because I asked for a receipt and then was questioning the charges. I gave up when she rudely decided to help others walking by and I walked off. Don’t think I will be staying here again because an accurate receipt is needed for me to expense my stay with my job.

This is the second time I stayed here and I can’t wait to come back. I did have a small situation in my room & Victor didn’t hesitate to move me into a new room within minutes. I loved the cleanliness of the dining area during breakfast hours. Enjoyed the gym very much.

Tbis was the worse hotel ever, i need my money back. The room has roaches, wall geckos, shower that barely work, door handle that was broken. I contacted the room service, they didn’t do anything. I regret staying there with my family. I couldn't get any credit through them since i booked with you guys
