Great location and value if you want to do things around downtown Fort Worth. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool, hot tub, and elevators are in need of some maintenance & renovation, but they worked well enough. Overall a good stay.

During my stay, only one elevator was working. It was extremely slow plus cleaning staff used the same elevator. This was a great inconvenience. We had to use the stairs many times. We stayed on the fourth floor. Secondly, the room wasn't clean and tided daily.

We were not told at check in that the pool was closed. If we would have known we would have made a different choice about where to stay. Also one of the elevators was broken and that caused long waits and crowding.
