Restroom facilities downstairs were not working (no water in one of them). We were placed in a disabilities room and were moved a couple of days later to a regular one. Breakfast ended earlier than expected and there was limited service (no many plates, napkins, silverware)

The check-in concierge was very rude and not welcoming. Our exiting concierge was not any better. Our room was a handicap accessible room. The water from the shower leaked into the hallway which made it extremely slippery for anyone walking from the shower. We had a double bed room and we only had 2 towels. When we asked for towels, we were told “yea come get them.” Our room was extremely hot when we walked in. The AC took half the night to cool off. It is Texas in the summer, your rooms should be inviting and not stuffy. The lighting was horrendous and you could not see where you going when you entered the room. The “hearty” breakfast was fake eggs, bacon, sausage and few pasties. We have seen better breakfast options when we didn’t have to pay for breakfast. Very disappointing Holiday Inn. We will not stay again.
