Changed rooms 3 times. First room had light fixtures not working opened door to fridge, there where roaches everywhere. 2nd room had roaches all in the bathroom plus ac wasnt working. Third room was good. Manager was very professional and very helpful not his fault at all. Whole entire places smells like marijuana. Hot tub wasnt working. I hate writing bad reviews, but this one deserves one. Disgusted. Will not be back.

The staff are very nice. The property is dated, and smellls of mold and just a musty smell. The rooms have old beds and furniture, the elevator is slow and smells. The breakfast is very bland and the serving area is always full of people touching food items with dirty hands. The rooms are smelly and hot, the ac didn’t work for 4 days after reporting it. The fridge is old and does t cool your food properly. The showers are dirty and water does not get hot. People use drugs in the parking lot and bump into your car. My brand new truck got bumped by a car door and dinged . And now I have to pay for it. The lobby is very bland and not welcoming at all. Has a foul odor . The laundry area has old machines that don’t work properly. This place needs a remodel and updated furniture and better beds.

The hotel staff was friendly. However the room was underwhelming lots of quick fixes for maintenance issues. The soap dish in the shower was duct taped on. The pool lights didn't work and everything was covered in rust.

Big room and friendly staff at the front desk, but your room will only be cleaned every other day. For the 4 nights I was there, my room was cleaned 2 times, but the maid didn't make the bed the 2nd time. Plus, I needed to do laundry, but the dryer was broken. And I had 2 desk phones in my room, but none worked

I had an amazing stay here. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and great dining options. The service really stood out, making my stay feel special.
