Check in clerk (Rhia) could not find reservation and curtly told me to call Expedia to resolve and curtly walked away. Upon second attempt to check in she stated she had not heard from Expedia and then reluctantly checked in her system and is was there. Not a single positive response to anything.

Hotel was excellent staff was great. The only complaint I have is they were not prepared for the charter bus load of people each having to check in. We stood in line for 45 minutes to check in having a concert to get ready for made us run behind.

Check in was terrible!! We waited in a long line and then had to wait an additional 2 hours for our room. It would have been even longer, but I went up to the front desk and complained. I know the people working the front desk were doing the best they could, but I think management should have stepped up. They come out from behind the wall only when there is a problem, with a stank look on their face. No explanations given out or even a heads up that it may be a long wait. But while we were waiting in the lobby full of guests, we did learn that a football team stayed until 3 o'clock, which is why most of the rooms weren't clean yet. I'm sure on a different day it would have been wonderful, but not that day! The rooms were comfortable and clean though and a good location.
