I booked this room through Expedia, which means it was prepaid. When I arrived, I was unable to actually get the room because my driver license had expired. I have an appointment with the Texas DPS office to get it renewed , but the soonest appointment I could get...back in March when I made it...and when my license expired...is not until September. So, in short...I need a refund because I did not get the room...not because didn't show up, but for reasons beyond my control that the Motel 6 refused service for.
