Overall it was a good stay, however, Expedia failed to send the reservation to the actual hotel. Thankfully they had rooms available but had they been sold out we would have been out of luck! The manager said this has happened before. Expedia needs to get their stuff together and actually send the booking to the hotel.

The man behind the desk was very rude when we got there, but everyone afterwards were very polite. The television wasn’t working in our room and there wasn’t a maintenance man on site to fix it. Overall very poor experience.

Arrived closer to 11pm after booking 1 month in advance. Hotel did not have record of my reservation. Front desk lady was not helpful. Lobby smelled strongly of cheap cleaning products.

When I get there they said there wasn’t a reservation under my name, after like 20 minutes they finally gave me the room. The bathroom was dirty the ac too, the microwave and the mattress cover as well.

Called this property to make sure I had all the funds I need to pay for a room including deposit! Once I get there he charges me $50 dollars more for the deposit even though I called to make sure first; he said $100, same guy! The worst part is a guy came in to get a room, tried to talk the front desk guy into letting him pay a $50 deposit instead of $100 deposit so of course in like WHAAAATTTTT???? I can’t believe this business played me like that, we couldn’t even eat that night b/c of overcharge! One single mom and two children! This is so disappointing, the too stinks, amenities are a joke! Pool closed! Just wasn’t a fun night at all..
