Nasty!!
Room was dirty, walls need to be wiped down. Bathroom was very small and not clean. Walls looked like something had been spilled on them and left there. When we turned the lights on roaches ran across the floor and counters.

My name is Victoria Holt and I stay at your hotel often. Last night I stayed at your hotel room 243. It was the last room that was available. I didn't check in until late bc my boyfriend were out at a pub. We came in and went straight to bed and didn't notice the room was not up to standard at all. I got up in the middle of the night and went to the bathroom and saw approximate 6 cockroaches. When we woke up in the morning there were cockroaches everywhere including the night stand. The sofa is damaged and the light in bathroom flickering, and the phone was broke. Very disappointed. Like I said I stay at your hotel often with no problems but last night was horrible. And we went to the bathroom in the lobby and it was closed. I would like a refund or comp room or whatever you feel like offering. Really disappointment in our stay , first room had tiny roaches coming out of every where and smelled of body order . We asked for another room , that one smelled better but was not clean and the furniture dirty worn and dated . Not at all what hotel.com advertised, but Hotel.com can’t be trusted as well they will penalize you dearly for errors made during a reservation. We will be changing to Triva go from now on
