The entire space is included in this rental with exception of one supply closet that is locked. Plenty of closet space and includes a luggage rack.

***You are in the heart of Downtown Fort Worth. It's an incredible location, but there will be some noise at nights especially on the weekends. This has not been an issue for most guests, but if you're a very light sleeper I want you to be aware before booking.

***Onsite parking is not included and all of the third party nearby parking lots/garages are paid between $20 to $25 per night (subject to changes). Closest one is 2 blocks away and there is a loading zone in front of the building. Metered street parking is free on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays to Fridays after 6 pm. Regardless of where you park, if you need to drop off luggage, there is a 10-minute loading zone in front of the Kress building. The area is frequently monitored, please don't leave your car unattended, to avoid getting a ticket. Please reach out to me directly for specifics.
