I loved the staff … but that’s all. The front desk was extremely kind and helpful, but I would not stay here again. The rooms are really small. I could not walk around the room unless my husband was shoved into the bathroom. It’s tiny!!!! I felt very unsafe walking to the beach or around. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the “feirinha” market place. Even during the day it was not safe. Not a good location at all. I left one day earlier than planned because of the location and amenities of the hotel. The restaurant is not open on Monday or Tuesday and the breakfast had very limited options. The pool is also very tiny. There are only 2 tables for us to sit by the pool. Hotel has nothing else. I recommend to stay beach front, which is closer to the market place. Oh, Elizangela (our house keeper) took great care of us and she was wonderful!!!

Hotel excelente, qto muito confortavel, cama e cafe da manha excelentes, porem qto com muito barulho externo devido a rua movimentada de um lado e bares/boates com musica alta ate 5:30 do outro! Merecia uma janela anti ruido pra estadia ser excelente!

Péssima experiência.
Estadia muito ruim. Inclusive, paguei o local e sai bem antes do que foi pago. Local não tinha estacionamento e os arredores não ofereciam o mínimo de segurança. O único dia que jantei lá fizeram uma cobrança indevida e no último dia que fiquei o atendimento da recepção foi ruim ,justamente cobrando indevidamente uma bebida que eu não consumi no restaurante. Outro erro grave: local sem papel higiênico no banheiro e ao ser sinalizado, precisei sair do quarto para pegar o papel higiênico pois não existia um serviço para deixar o papel, sendo falha da própria limpeza do hotel. Acústica péssima também.

Foi muito boa, mas tenho ressalvas, no banheiro precisa ter uma prateleira pra acomodar as coisas pessoais no banho, as toalhas são um pouco ásperas, e no café da manhã que inicia cedo as 06:30hs a chapa precisaria iniciar junto com o horário de abertura, pois quando os hóspedes solicitam passeios o horário de saída começa às 7hs então o hóspede tem vinte e cinco minutos em média pra tomar o café e se a chapa iniciar um pouco que seja depois a pessoa não consegue usufruir dessa parte do café. De resto, tudo muito direitinho, estrutura, funcionários, localização.

O hotel é novo,super bonito e moderno.Fica cerca de 3km da feirinha da beira mar. O café da manhã é excelente e tem até a opção de tapioca feita na hora com o recheio variados. O ponto negativo é não ter box no banheiro.

Excelente hotel na região da Praia de Iracema
Acho que a cozinha tem que se preocupar em fazer uma comida que passe uma sensação de que seja algo mais caseiro a comida do café da manhã parecia muito artificial. Outro detalhe é o cuidado com o check-in sobre a questão da espera do hóspede além do necessário para poder adentrar o seu quarto já previamente determinado.

9/10 - Hotel tem tudo para ser um 10, não fosse um detalhe super importante. O Tintto é um hotel excelente, com uma boa estrutura e arquitetura muito bonita. Os quartos tem um tamanho normal, com frigobar, cofre e demais amenities da categoria do hotel. O banheiro possui um chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã gostoso e variado, com opções a la carte de omeletes, tapiocas e waffles. Piscina muito bonita e com boa temperatura da água, se dividindo entre uma piscina normal e uma menor com hidromassagem. De pontos de melhoria, podemos citar: Ausência de estacionamento: Para mim não foi empecilho pois não estava com carro, mas entendo que para aqueles que precisam de estacionamento, é um ponto crítico, uma vez que as ruas no entorno do hotel não transmitem segurança para deixar um carro durante a madrugada. Para mim o ponto crítico é o barulho da vizinhança. Próximo ao hotel existe uma casa de eventos chamada jamRock. Caso você esteja hospedado em quartos com numeração par e esteja hospedado em dia que tenha evento lá, você tem a única opção de dormir após as 2h da manha, pois o barulho dentro do quarto é impossível dormir. Solicitamos a troca do quarto para um de numeração ímpar, o que foi realizado prontamente e abafou totalmente os ruídos da festa, porém fica-se ouvindo o barulho dos carros na avenida (mas suportável). O Hotel precisa investir em soluções acústicas, como janelas anti-ruido, pois senão pode ter problemas sérios para retenção de clientes.
