Location was very convenient to the place I was working. It is near a major freeway so there will be road noise if you're on the south side of the hotel

We couldn’t get any sleep due to the loud AC that kicked on every 5 minutes. If it was off it was too hot so needless to say it kept us up all night! When I mentioned it to the lady when checking out she really didn’t care and didn’t try to offer any type of discount.

I stayed here for 5 nights last week. When I checked in I had to deposit $500 for 2 rooms. After the night, they didn’t clean the room. I went to the office and they said they won’t clean the room while the time I stay there. If I need towels or toilet paper I have to go to the office and request them. Do you believe that. It’s the true at this hotel. After I went home couple days ago they charged me $50 without any reason. NEVER COME BACK. 😌👎

You can tell they don’t clean the carpets, were dirty with spots everywhere down the hallways. We also had a cockroach in our room. They also charge you for parking. Never hear of that! It’s a shame because it’s a fairly nice place.

Garbage in the hallway
They only do service every 5 days and we stayed 5 days with only one washcloth. Also only enough coffee for 1 day. WAE went to the front desk and got more washcloths and coffee. They were very gracious about it but they knew we were staying 5 days so maybe the supplies should have been in our room for these days We were only in the room to sleep and bath and that morning coffee so we had very little garbage and we knew we had to call if we wanted the garbage removed When we first entered the hotel there were several sacs of garbage outside of rooms I assume waiting to be removed by hotel staff Garbage in the hallway seems kind of gross to us

Reasonable price
Room had a bad odor. The ceiling looks like it has leak in a few areas. Also by the entrance of the room the wall looks wet. Bathroom was clean but look more like a quick clean up nothing was scrubbed.

Second time that I stayed at this hotel. Even though this time was a little more expensive my experience was great. My only suggestion would be the friendliness of the female worker at check in, she could have been more welcoming. For me first impression says it all.

No responsibility for mistakes and no follow up.
When I first checked in, the key didn't work for my room. After trying a second key that didn't work, I was given another room. All good so far. On Saturday evening, when I arrived at my room after spending my day at an event, I found that my key didn't work for my new room. I checked with the courteous lady at the front desk and she found that my belongings had been removed from my room and the room given to somebody else. All of my stuff was stored at the front desk. The front desk employees were very apologetic and courteous, but didn't have an explanation for why this had happened. A replacement room was found and I was promised a follow up call from management. A week later, no follow up call from management. No communication at all.

For the price it did not meet our expectations. The 'breakfast option' we paid extra for was completely inadequent. They wanted us to pay for a cup if coffee! Even motel 6 has coffee in the lobby. The carpets throughout the hotel were filthy. The noise level was unacceptable and lasted well past 11 PM. There has to be better options in the area for ones hard earned money.
