Bright, pleasant and comfortable villa comprising a large living room, American-style kitchen, hallway, 2 bedrooms, shower room, WC. Garage, courtyard, enclosed garden. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker... Beds: 1x160, 2x90, sofa bed in 140. Leisure facilities: TV, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol. Surface area: 70 m². NEARBY: At the entrance to Fouras, near the supermarket, 1500 m from the town centre, beach 1000 m away, and sea 500 m away. Bus station 1.5 km away and SNCF train station 6.3 km away, Rochefort thermal baths 15 min away. TO BE PAID on arrival: security deposit of €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €100. Pet €30 per stay + a security deposit of €100.
