This is a very sweet roadside hotel that is nicely updated and very clean. It isn't fancy, but if your goal is to find a very comfortable, quiet, and nicely apportioned place to stay while doing some of the walks in the Glacier area, this is a solid place to stay.

The views from my room were magnificent. You could see the snow tipped mountains but there were also lots of misty fogs moving in and out, which provided a great visual. My room came with all the amenities, but it was not particularly clean. There were things under the bed and the carpet by the sliding glass door in the back was filthy. The water pressure in the shower is very faint. The staff was very nice and helpful, and all in all, it was worth the money.

Our room had comfortable queen bed and single bed. Basic kitchen with toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave and dishes etc which was handy. Location was good for Lake Matheson and Fox Glacier. Big windows, heated up quickly, very basic and comfortable.

Don't stay here. Very poor WiFi, no WiFi one night, no one helped. Extremely cold in the room, A/C is very loud and hot air directly blow to you adjacent to your bed. No bed making service, only new towels... We left one day earlier and (of course, no refund..) stayed at another hotel, which was much nicer and better customer service.

Location is a bit out of town, but walking distance to the best restaurant in town. It was a good location for me to tour the area from. The room was large and had a great view off the patio.
