Gostei muito do hotel, porém há pontos negativos. O quarto era enorme e confortável, com exceção dá área de banho do banheiro, extremamente pequena. Por outro lado, o fato de ter sabonete, shampoo liquido é um diferencial. Minha esposa gostou muito do fato de ter hidratante no banheiro. O hotel é silencioso, mas as paredes não possuem bom filtro acústico. É possível ouvir barulho do outro quarto. A cama era confortável. Estacionamento não é coberto. A piscina é grande, mas não é aquecida. O hotel possui vários locais de recreação para os menores. Café da manhã estava ótimo e com várias opções. O local de refeição também era muito confortável e bonito. Há acesso ao parque aquático e é uma exceçelente opção para as crianças, mas nada demais para os adultos. O atendimento foi ótimo, expecialmente dos garçons da piscina, dos animadores/recreadores e da recepção. Os funcionários que ficam no corredor auxiliando foram muito gentis e solícitos. No geral recomendo o hotel

We loved our rooms and the cleanliness of the property. They really thought about some small details to make the guest experience better. the staff were friendly and very responsive. The only comment I have would be the food. It was okay! mostly interesting food for kids but not very high quality which is a common issue at any resort or hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

The hotel is quite new and comfortable. The rooms are ample, clean and well maintaned. There are two restaurants. Since I used halfboard, I got breakfast and dinner included, and used just one of them. The breakfast was very good, the dinner not so. The food could be better prepared. Overall the hotel is excellent and very close to all atractions in Foz do Iguaçu. From reception to housekeeping you got a competent and very friendly service.

Like everyone we came to see the falls. This is a nice facility-big room-good breakfast. Nice staff. Bed a bit too hard, toilet seat broken( didn’t fit, didn’t stay open) pool cold and no hot tub/jacuzzi. The price was right for low season
