Make sure your bed is comfortable before unpacking
Room was generally nice. Bed was a bit lumpy which was why the 3 star rating for comfort. If the bed was better it would have been a much better stay. Front desk women seemed shy and was soft spoken, which was fine but generally not what I would expect from a front desk person. If you are looking for a no frills motel it would be fine assuming maybe the beds are better in other rooms.

The Bedding was dirty and there were bugs I stayed 1 night and requested an early checkout and was told I had to call Hotels.com / Expedia considering that is who I booked via. I asked for a refund for the night I did not stay all now I have NOT gotten it. The service also now from HOTELS .com is bad considering no one has refund my money and I have not been able to get my case resolved

The air conditioner didn't work properly and we saw cockroaches in the bathroom. There were men outside their room drinking and smoking marijuana off the back of one of their trucks.

A freezer truck was parked in the parking lot with the engine on throughout the night. I called reception and they promised to look for the driver to move it. Nothing happened and then I showed up the reception who played dam…saying we called the driver. All in all, a sleepless night.

I have never seen a desk clerk walk out while checking in someone before she finished. Customer was very nice and clerk didn’t appear mad, clerk just left!

Average and way overpriced for what we got. Minimal amenities, people hanging out in the stairwells that may not have been guests, a $3 fee for the use of the safe, whether or not we used it - an outrageous charge after already paying $205!

There were obvious stains on the linens and towels to the point you can tell they don’t clean them. Most of the lights did not work, likely to keep it too dim for you to notice how filthy it was. The floors and bathroom look like they have never been clean. Smelled horrible. Appeared incredibly unsafe. Not at all how it was pictured and was entirely false advertising. I had to leave and find another hotel. Deserves 0 stars
