Staff/owners were very kind and welcoming upon arrival. Room was clean, but very dated. Chipped furniture and paint that needed to be replaced. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.

The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and inviting, beautiful indoor pool and my morning coffee hit the spot. Location was quiet, but ideally situated for exploring Franconia and the surrounding area!

There wasn’t anything to like - built in 1970 and it must never have been updated at all since then. Dirty carpet and bathroom and old chipped furniture. We have traveled extensively in New England and this was the worst we’ve been in and it was so overpriced for the state of the room - never again! Only decent thing to say - clean sheets!

The property was nice. It's off the beaten path and you have to drive to find any type of shopping or nightlife. Our room was clean but the bathroom area needs a major facelift. The floors were broken and cracked, the bathroom door had chunks missing out of it. We blew a fuse twice trying to run the microwave and a hair dryer. For the price we paid ($200 a night, surge pricing!) it was not worth it. The staff were nice and trying their best but the property needs a major reboot.
