The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, bath, and laundry. 2nd floor has 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. There is a window ac unit in the upstairs main space and a portable ac one downstairs bedroom. We love the peaceful outdoor surrounding and how close our home is to multiple hikes, beaches and much more!

We enjoyed our stay however there needs to be a few improvements. The couch upstairs is not usable. When you sit in it you sink and have a hard time getting out. The water pressure was an issue. Cant have two water sources on at the same time. We like the open floor plan upstairs the best.
