I asked for the TV channels to be fixed. The Staff had no idea when the Engineer would come. Very dismissive and unhelpful- Apparently the TV system was updated and all the English Channels were not working. no Manager on duty to speak to for three days - very poor Management

Clean but need to improve AC in rooms
20 min from Frankfurt airport, clean hotel and great/polite staff.Need to improve their A/C system as the room temperature was set at the lowest and had the key in the fob but it wasn't performing well.

A very dated room. The shower had no door, so, the water sprayed over the bathroom floor. The wifi would randomly shut off and you would have to reconnect and when it was connected, it was a weak connection. Pillows were awful, one was extremely thin and the other was oversized and kept any heat meaning sleeping was difficult. The air conditioning made no difference at all, despite being at the lowest setting so sleeping with the window wide open was the only option.
