Very nice and affordable hotel, easy walk to two different public parking garages. Especially local to the Altstadt (Old Town) historic city center with tons of restaurants, shopping and picturesque sights.

My experience in the hotel was the worst in my life, the room I was assigned was full of bed bugs and while I was sleeping they attacked me. My clothes were contaminated and when I requested support from the hotel, they did nothing. The facilities are old and the light in the rooms is useless, I had no light in the bathroom.

Nice little hotel. Clean Good location, everything close by. But small room small shower. But breakfast was very good. No AC so you need to keep windows open all night (July). So I have mixed opinions

Fantastic location! Easy check in and check out. Safe, convenient for transit, plenty of cafés and places to eat meals throughout the day! Frankfurter Römer is right there as well!

Hotel Miramar is about what you would expect for the price - friendly staff, easy access, but some bugs and mildew in the room, bed was pretty hard/a little old. I would stay here again for the convenience and the price. Note: wifi is very slow, too slow to stream - I ended up using my phone to stream a show instead of the hotel wifi.

Everything was great: location concierge and room. But biggest disappointment is the mattress and that's the most important thing at the hotel. Half of the mattress had broken coil spring and you feel when you sit and lay down... worst experience evere.... couldn't slip on that side of the bed... Safe did not work as well in my unit.

I like that they provide water and snacks. It is kind of small, no a good breakfast, but it was ok.

Great location in the centre but we had issues with our room. At arrival there was a sock from a previous guest next to the bed. After using the neatly folded bath towel we realised in shock that it was stained with makeup (meaning it was either dirty, or it had been laundered and it was waterproof makeup). In addition, the mattress of the double bed had a very uncomfortable side where the mattress was broken. We flagged these three issues to reception but the receptionist didn’t seem to know what to do. He took a note implying there would be a a follow-up, but nothing happened and the hotel did not apologise despite us mentioning some of the problems again at checkout. The room size and bathroom were very small. The toilet flush dripped (water being wasted). Breakfast was ok. A highlight were the nice organic teas. In our case the hotel was too expensive for what we got.

The room was nice. The housekeeping was nice. The internet was not dependable. The little wi-fi icon was never fully lit. It only lit up two bars. Repeatedly I had to quit and log in again. The entry way needs work: 1. First, there is a raised platform just outside the revolving door. Exiting the revolving door, there is a scant few inches to the edge of the platform, which is encumbered by a ridge over which it is very easy to stumble. 2. Secondly, where one exits, the carpeting is torn, and a shoe is easily caught where the carpet is torn, exacerbating the danger already posed by the ridge on the raised platform. I have advised the managing directors.

Convenient location. Good service. Clean as it can be for the price. I stayed here in February and when i arrived i got room temperature, however i was freezing at night, I wonder if its central heating even it is pretty old hotel. When you exit the hotel on the right site you will see homeless people sleeping (saw them twice at 10pm and 7am). I woke up early because of the noice that wasn’t stopping for like 30 minutes straight. I would stay here again because of the convenient location, fast service, cheap rate.
