The hotel is an oasis amid turmoil. You go inside, it is pleasant and nice, you step outside, it is hell ( to be polite). If you are commuting by trains, trams or on foot in Frankfurt, you might choose this location for convenience and to avoid traffic. Overall, the hotel was convenient for my travel plans this time. Sufficient amenities and quick check-in/out

Couldn’t be worse
Checked into a dirty room first. Had to wheel our luggage back to the lobby over carpeted hallways, and then were checked into a single room. Reception does not answer phone calls from the room, they do no provide room service, and god forbid you ask for fresh towels. The location is close to the train station, but there are sketchy people all around, and it smells like pee everywhere. Skip this one.

Room had one pillow on the bed, one bath towel, one glass and an ill fitted bed cover. Reservation was for two. I called the front desk immediately and was promised delivery of items which never happened. Had to finally go to the front desk to complain.

A lovely hotel and close to the Frankfurt Main station which is very convenient. Friendly staff and spacious, neat rooms. We ate in the food hall in the station which was brilliant. For ease of access to the main station, this hotel is brilliant.
