Hotel is great place next to the exhibition halls. Main issue was heater and ac did not work. Was told that they have not turned on the heater furnace yet. That's not good news, when you spend $7300 on 2 rooms for the show and its raining and cold outside.

The staff were great, very friendly, and helpful to a fault! We had just one problem, and that was to do with the shower not working properly, but apparently, they had just had contractors in to fix it, and we were the ones to let them know that it didn't work. But they were very concerned. I do like this hotel. I definitely recommend it to others.

This property has everything you need, nice pool, good breakfast, safe area, kind service, and transportation options galore (or 20 min walk from main areas of Frankfurt, which we usually did). I would be wary on staying in the heart of Frankfurt based on the amount of junkies/drunks near the main train station (if you have children, especially). Maritim offered everything we needed. Definitely would recommend.

The check in process was super fast! The receptionists always greet us with big smile. Our family of 6 booked 2 family rooms and it’s super spacious. The beds are very comfy and everything is clean and tidy. The hotel is only 15 mins away from the airport and please use Uber ( avoid taxis since we have paid 85 euro for two taxis - while Uber only cost us 54 euro for two cars, or if you are lucky you can get it at 32 euro - for a XL car ). The hotel is 4 mins walk from the closest U train- U4 line and it’s easily accessible to the main sites. Definitely will come back and stay again if I visit Frankfurt again!

Lovely stay for our family. Building a little older and needs minor refurbishing, but otherwise, very good. My girls loved the pool and the buffet breakfast was excellent!

I enjoyed my stay here! It was very close to the u-bahn and Skyline Plaza. Only issue I had was when I got back to my room one night, my door was stuck closed. They were very helpful and moved me to another room that gave me an even better view of the skyline. ❤️

Weekend visit to Frankfurt, hotel is good value and staff are very friendly. It’s a bit tired for a business hotel, but very clean and functional. Hotel just one stop from central station on underground.

Bad service! I had to wait 25 minutes and 55 minutes to hace access to the sauna, and They just don’t answer… !!! Check in… I had to wait additional 20 minutes?? Check out, They wanted to charge for minibar expenses??? The hotel is big and empty… Customer service completely absent! Shame on you!

We had booked comfort option with two rooms that were connected. Likes: 1. The rooms were spacious and had great view from the 7th floor. 2. The area around the hotel was nice. 3. Breakfast was good with a variety of food. Dislikes: 1. There was no Kleenex or teabags available in the room. We asked the front desk and were told to ask the room service the day after. They had teabags but no Kleenex. 3. There were obvious stains on the chairs and the carpet. 2. If you are driving or renting a car, think about parking around the hotel in advance as it is ridiculously expensive: 45 euros per day!
