Stay was ok as there was a couple of minor issues, such as no soap and the sink was blocked. Breakfast was excellent though. Overall was good.

Picked this property due to its handiness to the concert arena. We were extremely pleased with how good our room was, and all services provided by staff

Service and facilities available are very poor. Was here for a convention that involved long hours and requested room service at 9.45. Not even a sandwich available. No iron and board in room - had to go to an ‘ironing room’ attitude of staff poor - sighs and tsk’s when I requested my luggage after being stored. On departure of hotel I found my card had been charged without my consent for the cost of the stay - even though it was prepaid with Expedia. Also my card was charged for extras I haven’t seen an Invoice for. I expected a much higher standard of hotel for a rate of over €220 euros a night!

The hotel is in good condition when I walked in, but the reception told me they were overbooked, over 30 rooms!!! Sure they have arranged a nice hotel very close, but it is such bad management, I can not believe it!

I booked & paid for a room 4 months ago. When I arrived, there was no room available for me. Shame on you!!!!!
