One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Perfect, comfy and modern room. Gym and spa facilities great. Good breakfast buffet selection with gluten and Lacoste free options. Friendly staff. Close to Frankfurt station. Amazing views of the city!

1 Key Per Room?
We booked 3 rooms and 2 of the rooms had 2 people. The hotel only gave us one key per room and they claimed that it was a Microsoft issue. We also paid for breakfast and one of the attendants was harrasing my sons and i about whether we had paid for it. It seemed strange. Great hotel though.

I disliked the late check-in (3:00pm), which is now common for most hotels but it is inconvenient if you are arriving from a 10 hour or more flight and you just want to rest. When we checked -in at 3 we found a welcoming plate with desserts and a letter from the manager. It was a nice touch. The room was tidy and had everything we needed. There were courtesy bottles of water too. It had a new mall just around the corner but in the other direction the streets are dirty and maybe not so safe. The breakfast buffet was really good and you could find many different options. Staff always polite and courteous. Thanks.

Property was phenomenal. Minutes walk away from the Frankfurt HBF station. Staff are very helpful and kind. Rooms are very spacious, clean, and have lots of great amenities. Front desk also offers water among other treats as a welcome gift.

Loved this hotel! Clean, comfortable, with a great breakfast. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bar had good mixed drinks. And the hotel is located right next to a large mall with lots of food options. The only downside is the wait when checking in or checking out. They really need to have more staff members available during these times. Also the parking could have been explained better. There is a pay station inside the hotel. Even after we paid, we couldn’t get out. Had to go to the front desk for them to manually open the gate.

Very clean property, staff was great and welcoming. This property have a modern look and feel, floor to ceiling windows; I was on the 8th Floor and had an ok view, I asked if I could get a higher floor however there wasn’t anymore availability. Overall a great stay and worth the money!

Great hotel for value
Hotel is nice and new, clean and friendly. Room was great with good views of the city with private balcony. Only problem we had is we booked and paid through hotels.com but the hotel charged us the full amount again on check out. So be careful
