This is a diamond in the rough. Beautiful hotel, nice and clean. Great price, close to central train station, tours, and town square. Only unfortunate thing is the homelessness around the train station. Would definitely stat here again a d would recommend to anyone visiting Frankfurt.

Good quality no-problems comfortable modern hotel. City view room really delivered from the 18th floor. Very convenient for the main station, also for the river and Stadel Museum, though not so close to Frankfurt's rather limited tourist attractions.

Convenient, Clean and Comfortable
Hotel is a short walk from station, one block back from the river. Rooms are attractive and a good size. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The "Swedish"-style decor looks OK, but is not totally practical eg space taken by lounger would be better with 2 standard lounge chairs. Bathroom looked great, but bath (with shower above) was very high and showerhead had a mind of its own. Screen allowed water to spill onto floor (as evidenced by water damage to door). Large basin made room squashy for two trim people. Floor lamp and desk lamp did not work. No power point at tea making bench. All these issues were not a real problem for a 2 night stay, but show good visual appeal is not always practical. Hotel is a short walk from the old town, opera house, etc. plenty of eating places 5-10 min walk. Did not try breakfast as at 24 euros there was better value elsewhere. Would stay there again is it was reasonable value for money.

clean hotel well positioned for river and shops. magnificent view from the city rooms however the bed is on a platform to obtain the view and it is quite dangerous as it's easy to step off (as I did) and hurt yourself. Good room facilities for the price.

My room was clean and spacious. I liked having a tea kettle and a fridge. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice bathroom! I truly enjoyed my stay.

Lovely staff. We were allowed to check in early which was helpful. Common areas were very clean. Nice breakfasts. Nice meal one evening there. Terrace to sit out front of hotel. Drinks quite expensive from bar. A bit confusing how we were allowed to charge some drinks to the room then when we had stayed there for four nights already we were told we couldn’t?! Very strange. Also we never received a receipt or itemised bill when we checked out. The view from room was good and the room was large with good bathroom. Don’t like the Scandic policy of guests having to request that the room is cleaned on the day you want it done and we had to ask for the handwash and body lotion to be refilled as it wasn’t done during room cleaning.But on balance we really enjoyed our six night stay. Would stay again if we ever came back to Frankfurt.

Great location and amenities 8 min walk from train station avoiding the sketchy areas- tasty breakfast and attentive staff. Room floors a bit dusty/dirty
