This was my first trip to Franklin. I was looking for an experience. Hazel didn’t disappoint. It was like being at my Aunts house. So warm and welcoming. She has thought of everything. Beautiful relaxing areas to sit and chat or play games. The grounds are beautifully maintained. I wished we had more time to explore. You can sit on the porch and see the wildlife around you. Rooms comfortable, cool in the summer and feels like home. Ask her for anything and she has it!

I made the reservation the same day I needed. Henry was amazing. He made me feel part of the family & told me amazing history regarding the home. Breakfast was great. My room was Phenomenal. Yes I'll be back.

Stately mansion built in 1852 decorated with beautiful antiques. Perfect place to slow down and relax while seeing the bayou country. Recommend visits to Rip Van Winkle Gardens and the Tabasco tour.

The owner/host was the nicest person. The breakfast was amazing. I had an early departure of 5 AM and she still insisted on making breakfast even after I said it was not necessary to do so early. Definitely worth the stay and will stay again. Loved it.
