There was a very friendly lady at the counter to greet us and check us in. Our room was close to the elevator because we had mentioned while registering online that we had walking issues. The room had plenty of space to walk around in, microwave, fridge, ironing board, tub/shower with shampoo & conditioner that were in a more elegant bottle than normal, plus a face wash bar of soap. Everything was very clean. Nothing was able to get lost under the bed because of its design that reached to the floor. Beds were very comfortable. Our window faced a street that had some construction on the road going on from 6 pm-6 am, but we didnt hear anything except when we first went to bed. Continental breakfast (waffles, boiled eggs, biscuits/gravy plus the cereals, breada/muffins & yogurt- with tall dispensers for each plastic silverware item) was in a nice, large dining area. Food was great! There was a spacious area with couches, chairs and a TV near the front area; which I'm sure some older siblings had been using for their 10-day stay. There were other amenities, listed on their page, that I didnt use. The inconveniences were that we couldn't seem to to get a TV station very clearly, and we had a lightbulb randomly flashing on and off in the bathroom (whuch we didnt report until we checked out).
