Stay was incredible! All the necessities nearby and a Safeway right next door! $50 incidental charge was a surprise, and still hasn’t returned to my account. That is a huge drawback

Comfort affected by work done on rooms
Room was clean and comfortable. With the exception that our comfort was affected by a very strong caustic smell of GLUE coming from work that was being done in surrounding rooms. Also note that Pastry for breakfast was covered in mold. Otherwise, our stay with Holiday Inn was pleasant.

Expected more we always stay in holiday in express. This one is in need of a redo. The food was good and the service we received from the young man. The service when we got there was ok. The day we checked out the desk man made us wait for help for 5 min. While he had a personal call. Very unprofessional.
