This luxury mountain home is just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling. Summer activities offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, golf, fishing, boating, as well as activities at the base of Winter Park Ski resort.

- 2 Car Garage includes breaker panel, brooms, snow shovel, dustpan, an extra fridge and fire extinguisher #1
- Entryway with space for coats and shoes. Fire extinguisher #2 is located here.

- Kitchen includes nice size counter/island, stove top with retractable vent, a wine fridge, French door fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave
- Dining Room has table with 10 chairs
- Family Room has fireplace, large sectional couch, sleeper sofa, coffee table & 2 large love sacs!
- Bedroom #1: Master with fireplace, TV, dresser, closet (Pac n play, booster seat and vacuums inside), nightstands and ensuite bathroom. Also has door that leads outside to the beautiful view!
- Bathroom #2: (Within master bedroom) includes double sink, toilet and stand-up shower with bench.
- Outdoor space walkout to deck with hot tub, 2 grills, 4 outdoor lounge chairs and table with 6 chairs
Upper Level: (Fire extinguisher #3 is at the top of the stairs)

Please note we have a max limit of 14 people. If more guests are found staying in the home, there will be a fee of $500.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, dishes, and amenities you need to cook large meals for your group. There are also plenty of dishes and utensils. We have included high quality pots and pans as well as additional small appliances that you would not normally have available in a rental home. Creating a huge meal like a Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings is not a problem at our home!
All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker (Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).
Rental Rules:
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.
Important to note-
Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.
Please check on dates, even if booked. We have 12 other homes in the same neighborhood!
