Hike, bike, or cross country ski from the house onto the the national forest trails, directly accessible from your private road. 15 minute drive to Winter Park Ski Resort makes this the perfect escape to the mountains with quick access to everything a resort town has to offer.

This home was exactly as described! As soon as we opened the doors to the car you could hear the creek and smell the fresh air. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Lots of wildlife and very peaceful!

This house was the perfect set up for our family!! Very clean and spacious. Looks exactly as pictured. Andrew, the property manager, was very helpful and prompt with our questions.
