Our home is a newer high-end mountain cabin is great for multiple or large families. There are two master suites that have king beds, private bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. One even has a custom steam shower.
The house has great separation between bedrooms across the three levels, with the other two bedrooms on the lowest level. This includes a bunk room and a separate queen bedroom.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all appliances, dishes, and cooking supplies needed to make memorable meals together.
Satellite TV (3D LED TV and 70" LED TV), DVD's, Xbox 360, Wii, Wi-Fi, Hot Tub, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ Grill, kitchen appliances (coffee maker, crock pot, griddle, waffle maker, toaster, etc.), linens, towels, starting amounts of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), shampoo, conditioner, soap. We try to set you up, so you are ready to go on your arrival!
The outside has an upper deck, as well as a lower patio with a hot tub.
Finally, the heated two-car garage keeps your vehicles nice and warm and ready for the next day.

MAIN LEVEL:
Entry Way: upon entry is a desk/chair on your right and a half bathroom to the left. To the right upon entry is a closet [vacuum, highchair, supplies]
KITCHEN: Double panel sink, dishwasher, Fridge Air stove with 4 gas burners. Teapot, toaster, coffee maker & Keurig with Sharp carousel microwave. Dining table on the other side of the island seats 10.
LIVING: Large L-shaped leather sectional that seats 6-7. Fireplace/mantel across from couch. Fireplace switch by dining room table on the wall [near stairs going up]. Onn Roku smart TV. Router is located under living room television. A few board games included in Living room set up: Connect 4, Hot dogs AZ, Scrabble.
MAIN LEVEL BEDROOM 1: to the left of the living room is master king suite with two side tables/two lamps, two 6 drawer dressers. Attached full bathroom and walk in closet.
BATHROOM 1: Attached to the king suite is the master bathroom withstand up shower, double vanity, toilet room and walk in closet [no tub, just stand-up shower].
PATIO: located to the right of the living room on main level is patio with propane grill, round table with 4 chairs.
UPPER LEVEL:
BEDROOM 2: King suite, 2 side tables 2 lamps and two dressers. Attached master bathroom with double vanity, stand up shower, large walk-in closet, and toilet room (no tub).
LOWER LEVEL:
LIVING: Poker table and full poker set, L shaped sectional couch seats 6-7 facing VIZIO smart Tv. Sliding doors from the living area to the lower-level patio with Hot Tub. Sectional includes a sleeper*
BEDROOM 3: also located downstairs to the left of the staircase, 4 full size bunks [2 bunks, 4 beds total]. Closet and a dresser.
BEDROOM 4: to the left of the living area is a queen bedroom with 2 side tables, 2 lamps, a sitting bench and a dresser. Sliding door closet.
BASEMENT BATHROOM: Full shared bathroom with single vanity sink, shower/tub, and lock off closet.
LAUNDRY: located downstairs next to basement bathroom
Close to town and ski shuttle. In terms of location, we are about 7 miles from the resort, 3 miles from downtown Winter Park, 2 miles from the Fraser tubing hill, and 1 and a half miles from the grocery store.
All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker (Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).
Rental Rules:
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.
Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.
