In the commune of Frayssinet-le-Gélat, we offer this charming 100 m² gîte with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi, bed linen included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker, etc.
- Bedroom 1 on the garden side: two single beds and storage space.
- Bathroom with bath and WC.

First floor:
- A mezzanine with TV, sofa and armchair.
- Bedroom 2 on the street side: a double bed (160×200) and storage space.
- Bedroom 3 on the garden side: two single beds and storage space.
- Shower room with WC.

Shared outside areas:
- A swimming pool (unheated, shared) measuring 12m × 6m, ranging from 1m20 to 2m50 deep. The pool is salt water and has an alarm. It is open between May and September (depending on weather conditions).
- A lovely 1,000 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- Private pool house with barbecue, water point and fridge.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Frayssinet-le-Gélat, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll find all the essential shops in the village nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market in the surrounding area...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor car park, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.

- Nearest airport: Bergerac Dordogne Périgord airport 69.5 km away (1h02 by car).

Other remarks :
- The mattresses in the upstairs rooms are new.
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Access to the garden is via a footbridge behind the gîte car park.
- Parents are responsible for their children's swimming.
- Pets allowed (3 beaucerons, 1 cat, 2 donkeys and free-range chickens).
- Bed linen is provided (beds made on arrival) but towels and tea towels are not provided.
- Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- For security reasons, a camera is in place on the property. The camera is mainly focused on the owners' private area.
