Hotel was kind of dated. There was a chain lock on the door. The soap dish was in the middle of the shower. It kept poking me in my back and side when I moved. There was a lot of trash in the hallway by the steps. Staff were friendly. Lobby was cozy. The water in the sink got really hot but not in the shower. There was a nice selection for breakfast.

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating with my request to check in a little early. Hotel was very clean and so was my room. The bed was uncomfortable but I was only here for 1 night so it was bareable. Easy parking and breakfast smelled good.

As a woman traveling solo, I felt especially safe at this location. I was pleasantly surprised that it was so quiet on Labor Day weekend. I would only make one request, And that is to improve the breakfast quality.

Sufficient for a one-night stay while moving my child into McDaniel College. The cleanliness was not the best and the fixtures/paint seemed old and in need of a refresh. There was no elevator so you have to walk the stairs to the second floor. I don't think I would stay here again, would probably be worth the 25 minute drive to stay at a little nicer hotel.

Clean decent value. BW was able to provide a first floor room (my wife uses a walker) and we were able to extend our stay to a second day with no fuss.

Only 1 light in the bathroom so shower area was a bit dark. No safety bars either. Toilet was very low so could be a problem for people with joint replacements. Staff- very friendly and helpful. Very clean but s little dated. Very convenient location

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We reserve the hotel because it said that it was pet friendly. However, when we arrived at midnight after a 13 Hour Dr. to check in, we were refused claiming that they were not pet friendly. The animal we have is a service animal and in the state of Maryland, no service animal is to be refused at a hotel. When I questioned the desk agent, he told me he would not allow me to check in unless I left the property and got rid of the animal first I felt very unsafe, and the fact that we were discriminated against so harshly was completely uncalled for to add insult to injury, the property would not refund my reservation.

During my stay at the Best Western, I was impressed by the exceptionally friendly staff who made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The breakfast offered each morning was delicious, providing a great start to the day. I also appreciated the always-available coffee in the lobby, which was both tasty and served in a spotless environment. The overall cleanliness of the hotel, especially in the common areas, contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
