This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We reserve the hotel because it said that it was pet friendly. However, when we arrived at midnight after a 13 Hour Dr. to check in, we were refused claiming that they were not pet friendly. The animal we have is a service animal and in the state of Maryland, no service animal is to be refused at a hotel. When I questioned the desk agent, he told me he would not allow me to check in unless I left the property and got rid of the animal first I felt very unsafe, and the fact that we were discriminated against so harshly was completely uncalled for to add insult to injury, the property would not refund my reservation.

During my stay at the Best Western, I was impressed by the exceptionally friendly staff who made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The breakfast offered each morning was delicious, providing a great start to the day. I also appreciated the always-available coffee in the lobby, which was both tasty and served in a spotless environment. The overall cleanliness of the hotel, especially in the common areas, contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Although I think the rates are a bit too pricey,I suck it up because its such a comfortable and convenient place to stay. My daughter attends McDaniel College, and I alwsys stay here. Some of the front desk staff recognize me lol

We’ve stayed here before as it is the closest hotel to where we were going. The staff were great! The room was comfortable/ AC worked well on a very hot day. The place just looks tired particularly from the outside. Breakfast was just ok.

The lady that checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. She greeted us with a smile and was pleasant the entire time. The room was large and clean. This may be an older hotel but it has been well maintained and is clean.
