Haven’t ever been updated. Roaches soon as u open the door. Had to switch rooms 4 different times for 4 different reasons. Avoid at all cost

Navia at the front desk was super helpful and pleasant, she went above and beyond. The pet friendly room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. They even made us fresh coffee at checkout. 10|10 would stay again.

Bed Bugs and Moldy Fridge
The staff was friendly until we had a few problems with our room. After we checked in and got in our room, we checked the room over as we do every where else. Upon inspection of the room, we found bed bugs and then we found mold and old food containers in the one mini fridge. We went back to the desk to see if another room would be better. However when we went there and was asking about what we could do, another group came to check in and the lady proceeded to check them in while we were trying to figure out the problem with bed bugs so they couldn’t hear our problems. The lady said that we could try another room and then get a refund if there was still problems. She informed us the new room had new beds and couldn’t have bed bugs, however that was false. We went and got our refund. My parents also had a reservation and they canceled theirs before even checking in due to previously stated issues. An hour or so later, my mom called me and stated that the lady from the hotel had called them and stated that we were lying about the bed bugs and the mini fridge. She wasn’t even there and stated that to the lady and gave them my number to call me about the situation, she never did call as she knew that they were in the wrong.

The staff at the Boston Inn were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and VERY comfortable. We also enjoyed the attentive and efficient service and also the great location!! Overall, Excellent place to stay.

Had an EXCELLENT stay AGAIN at Boston Inn!!! The rooms were very nice, comfy & clean, entire staff treated us so kind and made sure we were happy and satisfied. They always go that extra mile, and make us feel at home. The beds are so unbelievably comfortable which is great because of our back issues!!! Not to mention the beautiful Gazebo where the sunsets are AMAZING!!! Thank you Boston Inn!!!

Upon check in and out nobody was at the desk. Checking in I waited for 5-10 minutes before someone came to the desk. Checking out nobody came at all so I just left the key card in the box and left. They do not supply anything, they have very small towels that you can wrap around a child. Got into the room and there was an odor we couldn’t figure out, the floors were sticky so I walked around in my flip flops or slippers. Traveled with my sister and niece, we checked everything before placing anything down. We then bathed my niece and her feet were black and she wasn’t even running around for 5 minutes. We ended up finding a used cigarette on a dial in the bathroom, later on we noticed there was mouse poop. We had family stay in other rooms and they found bed bugs (we did not). The tv we had only 1 channel worked, it’s kept freezing and replayed the same show. The only compliment that I can give is that the staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, and the sink area was nice.

Nobody was at the desk or to be found when I arrived to check in. About 5-10 minutes later someone came out, was very nice and showed us to our room (Traveled with my sister and niece). We got into the room and checked everything out, there was an odd odor, the floors seemed to be sticky, and they do not supply anything besides baby sized towels. My sister & I wore flip flops or slippers the entire time thankfully because my niece took a bath and not even 5 minutes running around the room, her feet were black. We had other family stay at the same location but they had bigger issues and decided to go elsewhere but because of that issue we decided to do a more thorough search. Upon the search there was mouse poop found in the bed frame, we found a cigarette chilling on a dial in the bathroom which would potentially explain the odor. We went to check out and again nobody at the desk so I just left the key card and left.
