Our room smelled intensely of cat urine. The pocket door to the bathroom was very difficult to slide and had scratch/claw marks on it. The provided toiletries were already open and partially used. People were smoking and drinking in the parking lot most of the night. The staff was nice though and it was reasonably quiet since the hotel wasn’t too full.

We have been going there for many years and have noticed the last several years that they are not putting any money into the hotel at all....they advertise an indoor pool which we enjoyed with our grandkids years ago but it hasn't been open for years...one working ice machine....breakfast use to include scrambled eggs/sausage now cereal/waffles....one luggage rack left and it has gray tape holding it together....they are running the place into the ground

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. I WAS SURPIRESED THAT THE QUALITY OF THE HOTEL WAS NOT MUCH DIFFERENT FROM BIG HOTEL LIKE MARRIOTT THAT I ALWAYS CHOOSE TO STAY, AND THE PRICE WAS SO AFFORDABLE.

Upset!
When I arrived Everyone was very Friendly. We did have a issue with a broken toilet paper holder. Woke up to ants everywhere and we had no food in the room. I was told a card would be on file after website said nothing about it and the Hotel took $50. We booked this hotel because of a pool. When we got to hotel the said pool was closed and staff stated it has been broke for 4 years and have no plans on opening back up. I am very upset also that the carpet in the hall was very wrinkled in one area and my husband tripped on it many times.

The pool was not functional and hasn't been for a while. The room had some minor issues such as a broken fan in the bathroom. Staff was super polite, breakfast was good, and everything was clean.
