This is the first time I've stayed at a Springhill Suites but I noticed this particular hotel got positive reviews and it was priced attractively. In addition, we needed to stay in the area for a night.

I did like the room & the location was great. The only thing wrong was the design of the bathroom. Door pushed inward instead of outward. Shower faucet was opposite of showerhead.

We chose this hotel primarily for the indoor pool. It was pretty small but fine for our 5 year olds. The water was pretty chilly however.

I reserved a room with two queen size beds and confirmed our late arrival for Saturday. We drove 10 hours to move family into their home, and after being exhausted from the move, we arrived at the hotel only to find out it was overbooked and our room not available, which left us with only one bed for 4 people. The staff was nice, and gave us sheets for pull out (which after a long day of hard labor was not what they wanted to retire on). When pulling out the trundle to put sheets on, there were mouse feces under the mattress. This is how I got to reward the other individuals who helped us move family across several states. I was upset and embarrassed.

It’s evident this property was a renovation from an older property. Little to no amenities. They did have a buffet breakfast. The walls are super thin. There was a no noise that sounded like someone was banging on the wall but turned out it was the pipes! It was a good value in a pinch but not if you’re looking for something more comfortable

All was more than pleasant - staff, facilities, exercise room, breakfast. Only slight detractor was what we decided was "just stale air" in our room - seemed to go away when the AC was on. Definitely would return, might hope for a "fresher" feeling room next time.

Property was clean and neat. The breakfast was unexpected and very good. Eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal and more. The staff was also very pleasant and accommodating, we don’t usually stay in chain hotels but this one changed our minds!
