It was so loud we got NO sleep! Between the traffic on the interstate, people in + out all night, the ice machine, vending machines + staff—it was literally something all night. We checked out after one night it was so bad! The front desk people were so nice! That was the only perk

Only one king sized on the pet friendly floor. It does need more. Double bed takes too much room for my pet. Not enough space to play with.

Paid for the jacuzzi room, I arrived early and found out you can’t have pets in that room. I was downgraded to a regular 2 queen bed room and was not refunded the difference and had to pay 25 more for my dog to stay. the person next to me left their dog alone in the room barking/howling constantly. called it in to the front desk multiple times and they did nothing about it. I got zero sleep. there was a bucket catching leaking water in the hallway when i arrived. I Will never be back here again.

First rate all the way at the front reception desk. Tired and little sleep, came in late and am grateful to have found such warm and helpful guidance from the gentleman checking in guests. I’m sticking with Super8. Far better value on the dollar than any of the other places I've stayed in overpriced Frederick. Thank you!

So day one was starting off rough. I was ready to check into my room where i was suggested a upgrade to a 2 bed room because a solo king bed wasnt ready. Waited about 5-10 minutes for a room to he cleaned. Day two: i find mold on two of my pillows and request new pillows, which i never received. On this day as well: i had next door neighbors who were loud when being "initmate", good for them i guess? Sounded like they were in the same room with how thin the walls felt. I dont really visit maryland too often, but this experience turned me off to staying at super8's in the future.

Smells like a kennel
We stayed there because it was a pet friendly hotel. Unfortunately, it was also very stinky. It smelled like a kennel. The room down the hall from us was flooding. It seemed to be in an unsafe area of town. We checked in around midnight and checked out by around 6am. We didn't ever bother to use their showers. We just wanted to get out of the filthy place.
