These days, Fredericksburg's Main Street and surrounding areas are often bustling, even in the evenings. If you are looking for quiet mornings and peaceful nights, Fredica is ideally situated and is an easy distance from town offerings. In the country, you will find the stars a bit brighter and the sounds of nature more prominent.
The property measures 800 sq. ft. with a 4-person outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower.

*There is a small step inside the home going to the bedrooms.
*Outdoor Shower is NOT available during the winter months of November - February, ONLY available March - October
* Hot tub is available year round!

Relaxing Escape!
I can’t say enough great things about our stay at Fredrica. The Carreno family has curated the most relaxing and inviting retreat. We have stayed at a number of VRBO’s and this is by far my favorite. We will definitely be back.

Girls weekend at Fredica ✨
If I could give more stars, I would! In a much needed getaway from Austin and celebration of a best friend’s birthday, we decided to book a girls weekend in Fredericksburg and we could not have lucked out more in finding this beautiful home. From the thoughtful bottle of Rosé to the MOST comfortable bedding, we could not have left more thankful to have the Carreño family host us. We are still talking about how inspired we left to decorate our homes with a touch of Fredica. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Fredericksburg, book this listing!

Amazing Stay
The property is even better than we expected. Everything so clean and organized. We travel a lot and this is one of the best stays we have had anywhere in the world! The host was great with communication and very accommodating.

Great little gem of a place.
Pictures dont do it justice. Its SO much prettier in person. Super private and the outdoor space is so pretty! Very clean and we loved the whole coffee bar experience. 10/10. Would absolutely stay here again.
