Very noisy property. My room was right on I 95 and I had a very difficult time getting any sleep. There were plenty of rooms on the opposite side of the hotel. This is probably because I booked through Travelocity. I will not use this hotel or chain again. I will not book through Travelocity again. Also the coffee maker did not work. It set off the room fire alarm but there was no response from the hotel staff.

Many things not up to expectations. Wi-Fi difficult to use. No clock in room. Ice machine not working. Account services scan did not wok. No info on TV in the room. No paper/ pen to take notes. Charged a security charge of $75 which was an insult to this guest. Charge to be refunded on checkout but it wasn’t. This prposhould not bear the Hilton name

Bar was closed; shower spray was way too harsh and could not be adjusted; bathroom was dated with cracks on floor and tub; not all outlets worked; breakfast staff insinuated I was trying to get off without paying when I went back to my room to get a credit card because the system was down and I could it charge breakfast to the room - being gone 10 minutes was too long apparently. This was offensive

We stayed there twice while drive to and from Myrtle beach. The hotel was clean and staff nice. The restaurant has a limited dinner menu and the service was just Ok. We are out the second night.

Excellent facility. Two issues--I wanted a tub--described as tub accessible. Turned out to be a shower with a seat--not the same thing. Also on the website and my registration it showed check in 3p and check out 12N. When I left at 11:30 am I was told at the desk that check out was 11 am. A major disconnect with what is on the website and reservation. I offered to show her my confirmation. She just said I don't have the ability to change it. Also not sure why this evaluation is dates showing Sun Oct 06-Mon Oct 07. My stay was Mon Oct 07-Tues Oct 08.
