What a perfect place to stay!
I can't say enough amazing things about this property! The host really outdid themselves. We had everything we could possibly want and then some! The bedrooms were perfect, comfy and quiet - such a great neighborhood and close to everything. We enjoyed the backyard, sitting around the firepit after a night out! Two separate sitting areas inside was great for spreading out as well! We can't wait to go back, this is the perfect place for families or a girls trip! Thank you for making our trip so amazing!

We particularly enjoyed the beautiful backyard. There were two very comfortable living areas. Hosts responded to our questions about restaurants which was very helpful. We especially enjoyed the wildflowers, the vineyards and the museums.

Perfect retreat
Stayed here for the 2024 solar eclipse! Booked waaay early. Marissa was quick to respond to any questions we had, from booking through during our stay. The house is just lovely, plenty of space to spread out, 2 separate living room areas. Dogs will LOVE the spacious fenced yard - as will people, there is plenty of seating, nice mix of sun and shade, a grill and fire pit, and cute string lights. Just 3 blocks from the main street but very quiet. Felt very private. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Fredericksburg!

Amazing house with great host
We are a group of moms (5 of us) who needed a weekend getaway. This house was perfect for us! The beds are very comfortable and the sunroom is perfect for morning coffee. The host was wonderful! She was attentive, friendly and very helpful. It’s a quick, $8 (for a group of 5) Uber ride to the shopping part of Main Street. We all plan to stay at this house again in the future!

What an amazing house!
The house was just amazing. There was plenty of parking and the house was set up perfect to accommodate our group. It was beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. I’ve stayed at several properties around Fredericksburg over the years that I have visited, and this is one of the nicest houses I’ve had the pleasure to stay at. Highly recommend!

This house was beautiful! It was the perfect amount of “girly” for a girls weekend while still not feeling girl specific. It felt soft and inviting. Just like those beds! It was really cared for and thought over. I loved everything about it!

AMAZING!
We did a girls trip at this house for the weekend. When we arrive, the house smelled very good and was so clean. All instructions were clear and easy! If we ever need a place again, we would definitely stay here. Plenty of room and plenty close to main street. Thank you!

Fantastic Property
My wife and kids stayed at the property the weekend after Thanksgiving with our in-laws and it was fantastic. The house was stocked with everything we needed and very clean! The backyard was great for relaxing on the chilly evenings and even had a fun game for the kids. We all really loved the bedroom layout where all 3 couples had a large bed, and the rooms where situated so everyone had plenty of privacy. We would definitely stay there again!
