Great for the price. The place was a little dated, but for a hotel in Fredericksburg at that price it’s hard to complain. The room was comfortable, we were able to get a good nights sleep and shower. My son’s allergies seemed to be kicking up, but I’m not sure if that was the room or would have happened regardless.

The manager was very helpful and polite. The Rooms could use some updating , beds were kind of hard not to comfy, bathroom needs updating and freshened up. Had to ask for a hair dryer and batteries for the tv remote and office closes at 9 pm so had to call to request items. We did not eat Breakfast it was lots of carbs no protein options and it was upstairs and seemed really dark not good for older folks to climb stairs would think you need to expand the downstairs for the breakfast area. price was good for what the room we had.

The king bed was super comfy. The sink water pressure wasn't great. We were very surprised to learn that no breakfast of any kind is offered on weekdays, and there were no creams nor sugars in our room with the coffee maker. Also, we were really surprised that the lobby closes at 9:00 p.m. and wasn't yet opened at 9:30 the following morning! However, if you don't mind those conditions, the price was great!

Weekend Getaway spoiled by No service supplied!!
We were told if we left our Please make up our room sign on the door we would get our room cleaned, but NO service office was always looked and No Continental Breakfast was served office door alway locked. We were given half roll of toilet paper with no means of obtaining extra. No clean towels on our second day because our room was never serviced as we were told it would be!,The beds were so firm that we could not sleep. Floors were sticky on carpet and bathroom area. No Iron or Steamer available. No blow dryer. This was hands down the worst place I have ever stayed in. I was not looking for perfection just simply comfort and it was not there. Please I proved on what you say you offer because it was not available!!

The motel was very clean. The shower head actually had water coming out of it instead of spitting like most places. The staff was friendly at check in, during the breakfast and at check out. The motel was maybe a minute or two from the downtown area and was quiet. We will definitely use this as an option in the future.
