The property served its purpose. Beds were good, room was clean, bathroom was really small plus bathtub has seen better days. Good thing I carry my own cleaning supplies. Breakfast was ok. Would probably stay again if no other options available.

Stayed here a bunch of times. Very good price. (Except on weekends and stuff, but that's all Fredericksburg) It's not fancy but it's well maintained and it's clean.

The property is satisfactory, but I was greatly disappointed to learn that the “breakfast included” note on the hotel listing is only for the weekend. I would not have selected this hotel if I had known that.

Great for the price. The place was a little dated, but for a hotel in Fredericksburg at that price it’s hard to complain. The room was comfortable, we were able to get a good nights sleep and shower. My son’s allergies seemed to be kicking up, but I’m not sure if that was the room or would have happened regardless.

The manager was very helpful and polite. The Rooms could use some updating , beds were kind of hard not to comfy, bathroom needs updating and freshened up. Had to ask for a hair dryer and batteries for the tv remote and office closes at 9 pm so had to call to request items. We did not eat Breakfast it was lots of carbs no protein options and it was upstairs and seemed really dark not good for older folks to climb stairs would think you need to expand the downstairs for the breakfast area. price was good for what the room we had.
